He’s just 33 and I’m 24. Isn’t he just using the age as a cheap excuse to dump me?
I have this man that I truly love and I don't know if he loves me the same way. I lived with him for one year till we separated last December because he thought I was way too younger than him.
He is 33 and I am 24. He has another woman but pays rent for me and basic needs. Advise me, please. Thanks.
There aren’t other ways to judge someone’s love and affection for you than by the things they say and the way they act towards you.
If this man says you’re too young for him and dumps you for this purpose, I think it does not matter if the intent was real or not, just put all of this behind you and move away. That he of you dispensable enough to put you aside should tell you what he thinks about you.
This, coupled with the fact that there’s been another woman in the picture all along should tell you that you deserve better than someone who keeps you as a back-up plan or as a second choice.
If the provision of basic needs and rent is why you feel the need to stick with him through this, then I think you need to check your priorities and begin to really think higher and better of yourself.
